So somehow my exceed absorbed a great deal of moisture. It was solid as a brick and I had to loosen it with a knife. Call me crazy but I dont seem to get the same effects as I did before. Does creatine breakdown chemically if it absorbs water?
TIA

idk, but at the end of my xceed tub it got very brown, maybe some moisture got in. After awhile you get used to it, because when your done with it and you take a break from it for a week or more, you can tell big time.
