good idea for a cut shake?

Today i had
1/4 cup of all bran
150g (1cup) firm tofu
2 scoops all the whey protein powder
half a cup of water

would this be ok for a cutting meal?
anything i should change?

why do you say that, i thought id try it instaed of milk and on the cuting sticky the shopping list includes tofu?

I've been hollering all over the place about Jodi's recommendation for what used to be my cut shake, but now I just use it all the time.
1 cup OF oats
1 piece fruit
2 scoops whey
skim milk or yogurt

it worked out great with the tofu aswell

There is enough protein from the Whey. That was my only reason.
