What are the guidelines on clean bulking, becuase i would like to do whatever i can to get bigger but i dont like this getting fat idea.
How many calories per day?
How is it different than bulking?

Bulking means u can eat pizza, burgers, ice cream etc, which means u can in theory get fat. clean bulk means loads of lean meat, veggies, starchy carbs and healthy fats, so out put on more muscle bulk than body fat, with a bulk you put on more body fat.

by the term bulk it means upping your calorie intake including protein and you will if working out hard build quality muscle and get bigger
BULKING DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT E.G PIZZA,BURGER YOU WILL JUST GET FAT
You are bound to put on a bit of fat but not much if you keep it really clean and watch calories,if you want size you have to go through this
