Someone told me that I should try to avoid peeing clear or white, because I am losing the Minerals + Nurtrients that my body hasn't consumed yet, and should only pee yellow...is this true?



Should I moderate between my cups of water?



or does it not matter?

You are over thinking this. Unless you drink 2+ gallons of wayer a day don't worry about it.

I drink about 1.5 to 2 gallons.

Peeing clear or close to it is a good thing, it's when it is dark yellow, red or black that you should be worried! 2 gallons of water is not too much when you split it up throughout the day, especially for an athlete.
