My Meal plan/diet

Hello,

I am 22 year old who weighs 128-130lbs and wants to gain lean body muscle/weight (thus gain strength, increase muscle) and go up to 145-155lbs

Also I am a vegetarian and eat 6 meal a day

My diet is attached

My question is first is this a good diet and second from a previous thread

The question was after eating a meal such as breakfast/lunch/dinner. Is it bad to sit down and do work such as reading, meaing would this make you gain fat/slow metabolism. Or is it better to walk at a easy/moderate pace for 20 min to jump start metabolism and avoid gaining fat.

I do cardio at 60-75 percent of my target heart rate for 30 minutes 4 times a week and lift one body part 6 times a week.

in this order --> all my day of resistance exercise stay under/at an hour
chest - mon
back - tues
shoulder -wed
legs -thurs
triceps -fri
biceps -sat
rest -sun

then repeat

for a start i can't even see the diet and secondly it's gonna cost you a fair bit for your protein sources as you can't get it from meat,i assume fish is ok though?

No, unfortunately can not eat fish, but can eat dairy and eggs which i used until i change my diet to the following recently based on recommendations (attached)

I don't think it makes much sense to eat oatmeal so late at night.
