Is there a way to carb cycle and bulk at the same time without turning into a fat bastard?

yeah, I read that before but I didnt find very informative in terms of what kind of carbs or how much per day I should have

Posted by: tucker01

Shouldn't change Your High Calorie days will be in excess. So you will have more High and Med days then you would with a Cut.

ya wanna repeat that please?

LOL just typing quick and not paying attention.

Your High Lo and No carb Days won't change in Structure. Just increase the amount of High Carb and Lo carb days you have. Adjust to suit weight Gains

ah. hey by the way, who's the kid in the avatar?

So, me being endo/meso body-type for a bulk cycle, I'd have a week that would look like this:

Sun: No Carb
Mon: Low Carb
Tues: No Carb
Wed: High Carb
Thurs: No Carb
Fri: High Carb
Sat: High Carb +

Good?

If i were to bulk I would personally spread out high carb days if possible. When cutting I do Hi No Lo No, and I can actually slowly bulk doing the standard plan TP reccommends (HI Lo No). I gain about 1-2 pounds a week doing this and I am an endo/meso I think. Of course you just have to montitor your progress.

As far as not finding the TP article informative as far as what carbs to eat and how many...have you read part one? That tells you virtually everything you need to know.

it was informative, but I think I was looking for an answer that I found myself. you say you do the regular plan. I'm in the middle of a small cut; when I'm finished, I plan on starting the "regular" way and see what happens.

Still, I want to make drastic gains after this cut. I plan on putting on serious mass, without slapping on a ton of fat. At the present moment, I weigh about 216-217 and want to go up to (almost fat free within reason) to 225-230.

it all depends on you and your metabolism. I would experiment and tweak the number of each type of day per week or change up the characteristics of your days accordingly. For example, when I cut my low carb days only have two carb meals in order to put me in a caloric deficiet for these days. If I were bulking my low days would be normal as the plan directs.

BTW-leptigen mass is no longer available on twin peaks site. What was it and what replaced it?
