bulking up

I'm presenlty cutting ,or trying at least.im about 12% fat, 2100 cals per day, 50% protein ,25% fat and carbs.cardio 2 times per week.
i want to start bulking up now. how exacly do i start doing this? i know about stopping cardio. is 35% protein,50% carbs 15% fat,or 35-45-20?
do i start with 2100 cals or do i increase cals aswell?
