butter and heavy creams are in the saturated fat category. Measuring out quantities is your best option initially, so you have a sense of portion sizes. At 15 though.... I wouldn't get too worked up over diet. Just eat sensible and keep fats mostly in the Monos and polys...have some fish oil caps and keep the butter to a reasonable level. |
