My current meal plan

Alright guys i thought i would post my meal plan i really want to have my diet nailed so if there is anything i can change or add to improve it any input would be appreciated



2 protein shakes pre and post workout only time i use protein shakes.

Meal 1: Large bowl rolled oats with low fat milk and sliced banana
5 egg white one yolk mushroom and red pepper omelette
2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread with jam
Apple

Meal 2: 200g tuna steak
Mixed salad
Handful of nuts

Meal 3: Large chicken breast
Large portion of broccoli
Moderate portion of wholemeal pasta
Fruit salad

Meal 4: Salmon fillet
Couple of sweet potatoes
Roasted veg

Meal 5: Large chicken breast
Small portion of slow cooked brown basmati rice
Broccoli
Handful of nuts

Meal 6: 200g tuna steak
Mixed green veg
Fruit salad
