Why do most people use isolation for the arms more than any other muscle. You will see triceps extensions/biceps curls a hell of alot more than DB Flys, Leg Curls, Reverse Flys, Leg Extensions. I also do this, like this: Flat Bench Incline Bench Overhead Press Dips Triceps Extension Most peoples push day looks like that, why??? Why not front raises, or db flys they isolate a bigger muscle then the tris so why do extensions? |
