i was thinking about taking a shake right in the middle of work as a quick meal but am not sure as what to put in it to make the calories around 600 or so....

i just got a new job where i am going to be working from 8:30 to around 2 or 2:30 so i figure if i can get a quick shake down around 11 or so and eat right before and right after work they will be spaced out just about 3 hours apart....

just curious about a good shake or quick food to get down during work.

If you cannot eat real food at work, then yeah 1-2 shakes is fine. Real food is always better, liquid meals do not raise your metabolism nearly as much as real food if at all.

I'd go with this

2 scoops casien or whey
1 cup oats
1 Tbsp flax or Natural PB

that should bring the total calories to almost 700

Just drink 4 Heinekens and it will put you right at the 600 calorie mark.

how would you store that thought for work? i mean like the PB. do you eat the oats dry or cooked.....ive tried putting oats in a shake before but i put the large quacker oats and i couldnt stomach them. any suggestions? 700 calories sounds good though and so do the ingrediants just wondering how you store you would store it.

whatever you prefer really. I use rolled oats (raw) and blend it with casein and PB, put it in my shaker and when i get to work put in the fridge. Or make 2 identical shakes but with half the servings if the oats are overbearing

dude what do you want a effin IV just eat it .... it's good for you.

and when you see the results ... you'll like it a little more.

The flax is also an idea, grind it up, toss em all together in a little plastic bag, then when its time, fill the shaker with water, drop in your mix and pound that shizzle
