Cardio / stamina work while on the juice??

Can you take steroids and still continue with your cardio work??

I want to gain some size - no bodyfat if poss, but i know this isn't really an option??. My interest is Martial Art.

....one question, Premier league footballers who take Nandrolon, surely they have to keep their cardio work up and their main priority isn't size but recovery??

I've been looking at all the info on the web, if anyones got any other good sites worth a visit, feel free to let me know.

What i want if possible and would it be worth doing??:

Recovery from niggling injury, some size - nothing big, strength increase, very little bodyfat increase..........

six - eight week cycle.
Deca Durabolin / Nandrolon Decanate. - even thinking of Primobolan Depot?
Dianabol.

I still haven't made my mind up yet whether to do the chemical thing.. i'm still thinking..

If your going to make "gains" and do cardio then you have to eat more.
If your cardio is on a machine (bike or somthing) find out how many CALS your burning and add that to your total daily caloriac intake.

So if your going for a lean bulk you should be eating about 3,000 - 3,500 cals a day. if you burn 400cals running then make sure you add somthing to your diet that day.

FYI dont expect to make good size gains if your not eating alot. most people who are looking to gain about 10-20lbs of quality LBM and retain it eat more than 4K of cals a day.

Just somthing to think about.

..but what do i eat to get 3000 - 4000 calories a day.

Obviously i don't want to be eating shite calories!!

although i haven't done any research, my concerns lately have been with this topic too. maybe not for the same reasons as you but my concern is with exercising my heart too much while on aas... it worries me that my heart might grow like the rest of my muscles and have potential lasting negative effects.

if your concern is whether or not you can make gains while on aas and doing cardio, of course you can... if what you're doing know for your physique works, just add calories. how many i don't know... perhaps an extra 500 working up to an extra 1000. and maybe split the extras up into 40%, 40%, 20%... protein, carbs, fats.

personally, i think you should run test only over deca only... else, some test and deca together.

You can do low intensity cardio, 45-60 minutes a day walking - I do this 6 days a week although I do not cycle at the moment.

Any tested athlete caught taking nandrolone would be pretty stupid dont you think? It is detectable from 12-18 months.

At 40 your best bet is a 6-8 week test prop cycle at 100mg to 150mg EOD.

Because of the stress anabolics place on the heart, it's actually a very good idea to do cardio while you're cycling. As mentioned above, low intensity is best.

..the thing is though, premiership footballers do take steroids and have been busted in the past for taking Nandrolone..( and cocaine )... and I personally suspect that most athletes are on some kind of performance enhancing chemical assistance....they're all at it or as close to the line as they can get.. there's too much money involved these days.. if you're getting paid 100 grand a week, have sponsorships of 10 million plus a year, you can pay some bent quack to do the business for you and help you dodge the doping tests, or like Linford Christy...Allegedly.... he just kept one step a head of the testers and trained at different camps around the world, by the time they caught up with him, what ever was in his blood was below the limits or out completely out of his system....also, the dope testers have to be able to prove beyond doubt that you've had something or they're gonna get sued big time and if you have the potential to earn tens of millions, that's a lot of money to pay out.
