Can someone show me a site that has pictures or videos of a proper crunch? I dont know if you have to lift up your feet or keep them down.
Thank you

Gotta love the maturity of this forum
As for raising your feet or not during crunches is up to you. They both are fine. But in theory, raising your feet would work your abdominal muscles more since your body would have to stabilize in that position, with your abdominal region being the main stabilizer muscle.

it is a tought question.
the proper way to perform a crunch is going to depend on what level you are at strength wise and how well you can control your body when you do it.
