2 - You have to overload yourself in some fashion. You could also increase volume (Up to a certain point, obviously) or decrease your rest periods so that you are doing more work in less time.

Alright i understand. I've been doing both right now. I prusume my overloading u mean doing 'intense' reps., reaching the maximum potention for a certain amount of reps. For volume, I just do higher sets for the muscles i want most to grow, which would be the shoudlers and back, but I'll start with more exercises.
