I am just browsing around looking for advice and any NEW info I can find to help myself stay motivated. I was laid off after 14 years of employment and just started working again. I was at 12% BF when I was laid off in Dec and now am in the 20's somewhere! UGH. I gained @30lbs during those 5 months! It must come off!
