This would amount to nearly 4 FBWO' per week? Anyone do that much over a long period? If I do 3 FBWO's per week, I would be taking (about) 2 days off between each. Maybe the more recovery time would be better because these types of wo's are very taxing, no? Thanks

heavy

if I am looking at loading volume it is:

high
if it is more athletic it might be:
