A full body w/o every other day?

This would amount to nearly 4 FBWO' per week? Anyone do that much over a long period? If I do 3 FBWO's per week, I would be taking (about) 2 days off between each. Maybe the more recovery time would be better because these types of wo's are very taxing, no? Thanks

Do you go heaviest the beg of week or late in week or some every session?

if it is a program that is driven by intensity usually:

heavy
med
light

if I am looking at loading volume it is:

med
low
high


if it is more athletic it might be:

strength
power
endurace

oops, that first one that is intensity driven should read:

heavy
light
med

another way to think about it would be

strength
endurance
hypertrophy

My full body workout is almost like a double linear periodization scheme. Two different workouts going from low to high intensity at separate times over the course of two weeks. Here's what it looks like:
