Help! Synthroid cycle dosage vs. Cytomel?

I have searched this site and others as well as the web for hours with no luck. 
I wanted to cycle Cytomel for 4-5 weeks 25mcg-50mcg-75mcg-50mcg-25mcg. I have had blood work done and consulted with my doctor so I am ready but, I could only get Eutirox (200).
What dosage of Eutirox is the equivalent of Cytomel?
