Im having the same problem again. I think I have bad stuff. My source is supposed to be very good and idk what it is. I dont lose weight on it.

Jesus all it takes is a good diet and cardio to lose weight. What's wrong with you, do you know nothing?
Find out what you maintence calories are and reduce them by 500 a day and you will lose 1 lb a week. Reduce it by 1000 a day and you will lose 2 lbs a week. Nothing magic ABOUT THAT. 3500 calories equals one pound of FAT
