That to me is the worst part. You get young kids reading that garbage telling them they need 50 supplements or they will not grow, wich is such bullshit. Good nutrition does not come in a can. Real food from a good source is the real deal. There are so many reasons why kids should not get sucked into buying those brain dead rags. I say save your money and buy a gym pass and a library card. There is good info out there you just have to search a bit.
