Bulking and Cardio

Hello
I did not know in what section to put this...

I started bulking ...with a strong good diet..7-9 meals per day......

Although..there is no way i will cut cardio from my training routine since I find it extremely helpful and healthy...

I weight lift from Monday - Friday.........

What cardio routine should I follow?....i always take 35 grams of protein and banana 2 mins after training........

my cardio is probably 20 mins running at 10km increasing to 14 for 1 min then returning to 10.......starting bulking i already see difference......but is there any way someone can incorporate cardio the best in his routine?

i usually cardio three times after weight lift monday wed friday.........

should i skip one day for sat which is non-weights day?

No way in the world would I be running if I were trying to bulk. It would only be a brisk walk.

Running and a clean diet. You would have to eat a ton of clean food to get emough cal's in to keep from being in a calorie deficit.

If you are still gaining weight with your current cardio routine, then stick with it. Make adjustments as your progress begins to slow down.
