Back- Hammer Strength Machine Row, one are cable row, Pulls ups, Hyperextensions, Shrugs, Hammer Strength Pull downs


Legs -Squat, leg Press, Leg curls, Deads, Donkey raises


Delt/Arms - Arnold press, upright rows, Lat raises, Military Presses, Skull crushers, curls
