add more legs. don't just do squats or sldls in a day, do a few different movements in a day, just like with your upper body.
one day you might do squats deadlifts lunges another you'd do step-ups sldl's ass to grass squats or something like that. aside from that it looks fine to me. |

Yeah, it's funny. People seem to really whimp out on the volume with their lower body exercises. It is half your body people, work it like that's the case.
When I do full body workouts I usually pick a lower body push, a lower body pull, an upper body push, and upper body pull, and then a few accessory things. |
