It was released today from quaratine, but arrived on monday in customs and took that long...
The quaratine officer said that if some friend had sent it by post than it may have been sent back but due to the company i got it from it should be ok seeing as they deal with them all the time..
If it contained traces of egg or somthing like that it may have been sent back!
