Just bought this stuff,,, not sure how good it is,,, I know its one of the original creatines made.. Anyone have good results from this? I took Phos HP and and great pumps,,good results,,, but it has sooo my sugar and bloats.

Creatine has come along ways since the white gritty,grainy tasting stuff.Noone disputes how good it is but there are better forms available,CEE certainly seems to be the most popular right now.

Thanks for the feed back men! I will go get some cee,, but I just opened my phos,,,, could i stack?
