Anyone got any ideas on what I should add/take away from this routine? Any suggestions?
I'm coming towards the end of my cutting phase, so I'm going to try and put on more mass.

Thanks.

Monday - Abs, legs.
(Could someone suggest some Ab exercises?)
Barbell Squats - 3 x 10
Deadlifts - 3 x 10
Lunges - 3 x 10

Wednesday - Back, Biceps, Shoulders
Barbell Rows - 3 x 10
Bent-over Barbell Rows - 3 x 10
Curls - 3 x 10
Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 x 10
Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 x 10

Friday - Chest, delts, triceps
Dumbbell Press - 3 x 10
Dumbbell Flys - 3 x 10
Dips - 3 x 10
Skullcrushers - 3 x 10

Do you think I'm doing too much, too little? Help me out here

suggestions bolded. why 10 reps? mix em up 6,8,10, 12 lol

and why not just do a push/pull/legs routine?

I would do a full body program 3 times per week. I like full body programs because they allow you to work your legs 3 x a week instead of just once.

I'm not a big fan of body part splits. I would rather see you doing a push-pull-legs setup. Really I think higher frequency programs to be superior, but push-pull-legs is a sound split.

I think you should get some more pulling movements in there to balance out all that pressing you do. Some form of chinup/pullup, pulldown, or perhaps both should make its way into that program.

I would implement some sort of systematic manipulation of those loading paramters, i.e., periodization, instead of just using 3 sets of 10 for everything.

What about 12 reps, then 10 reps, then 8 reps? I've heard of people doing this, and they said they'd recommend it.
What do you guys think of that?

Pyramiding is cool now and again. That's still not periodization though really.

What do you think of the routine, Cow? I remember you helped me with my older routine I had, and it was great.
I guess you could say I value your opinion
