You could safely use Sesamin. That would probably help you a bit, although if you're a minor, you wouldn't really need a fat loss supplement. Your metabolism should still be racing. Just eat well, you should be fine.

A good diet. You would be amazed at the result. Everyone is looking for the easier quicker way. Why not set yourself up with a healthy lifestyle, something that you can benefit from in the long term. Rather then setting yourself up for repeated failure, relying on supps, that aren't necessarily needed especially at 15
