Just taper off water consumption starting 3 or 4 hours before going to bed.

I wish I would wake up in the middle of the night to go take a leak like that. I'm able to sleep through it until it's really unbearable I guess.
I end up waking up about an hour earlier than I wanted to, going to the bathroom and then being unable to catch that last hour back to sleep. And so I go ahead with my morning cardio and on with the day, a little more tired than I should be... Can really hurt your workout intensity and just puts me in a bad mood all day -end of rant- |
