Bulking- although sleeping problems...

Hello.....

I am currently bulking....

I drink lots of water and urinate once every hour or so.....

During the night I wake up at LEAST twice to go the bathroom...this messes up my sleep...what should I do?.....is adding sodium pre-bed a good idea? i havent tried it yet but i suppose it can work.....

Just taper off water consumption starting 3 or 4 hours before going to bed.

True Story, although I don't really mind getting up to piss once a night... It makes me feel like I'm getting more sleep somehow because it's like going to bed twice... Yes, I have an odd way of thinking sometimes...

I wish I would wake up in the middle of the night to go take a leak like that. I'm able to sleep through it until it's really unbearable I guess.

I end up waking up about an hour earlier than I wanted to, going to the bathroom and then being unable to catch that last hour back to sleep. And so I go ahead with my morning cardio and on with the day, a little more tired than I should be... Can really hurt your workout intensity and just puts me in a bad mood all day

the problem is....
if i dont drink water for 3-4 hours the next day probably iam going to be constipated....
also.....i take one pill of psyllium husk before sleeping ( including the shake)..and that requires some water......yes....i had chronic constipation problems......but this month it is going well...twice every day...compared to once a week......
