would the turkey they sell in the deli be an ok swap for tuna/salmon at lunchtime? I know it's processed but its only approx 50-75g, I just cant stomach any more fish at the moment and I dont have time to be cooking for lunch. Does anyone have any other ideas to fill the gap?

I eat it. It tastes good, and I don't think there would be any problems with it. Try to make sure it's breast.

They can contain a decent amount of sugars, sodium, and nitrites.
