In which order is better, and Why? Cardio before training? Training before cardio? Do them on different days?

train then cardio.
Cardio burns up the glycogen in your system that you will need for energy for lifting. Do the cardio afterwards if have to do them both at the same time.

Burner is there a better benifit to doing them on seperate days. I usally do. But was thinking If I did then on the same day it would give me more rest inbetween workouts. My cardio is based on high intensity intervals.

Cardio before training can hurt your performance. It's probably a good idea to do it after training, but remember that hard cardio can impede your recovery ability. You need plenty of rest to grow.

Depends on your goals, if your looking to put on some mass then it would be much better to keep them on seperate days but if your looking to get lean then train first and do your HIT cardio after.
