meal 1: 1 cup of oats with peaches and 4 tbs of peanutbutter 8 oz of milk and 2 hardboiled eggs.
Meal 2: turkey sandwhich with cheese an orange, gaterade meal 3:beans rice and hamburger with 8 oz of orange juice. Meal 4: pasta and chicken 1 egg, gaterade Meal 5: 24oz of milk and half a bagle with 4 tbs of peanut butter and an egg. I'm eating enough in meal 2-4 to get 50 grams of protein in each of those meals. |
