Easy Protein Pancakes
1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked
1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters

mix together in blender until smooth. If batter is too thick add some eggbeaters. Spray pam in non-stick pan, flip over. Makes 2 pancakes. Spread on sf jam and drizzle with sf maple syrup. Heavenly!!!

290 cals, 29 g prot, 34 g carbs, 3 g fat for 2 pancakes. So you can either wolf the whole thing (2 pancakes) down or just eat 1 pancake with some protein on the side.
Now that I know this taste so yummy I'll probably mix up a big batch and put it in the fridge and all I need to do is pour the needed amt. in the pan each time I need some without having to use the blender every time.

It does kinda sound sick but it is worth a try.

OK, this is the scoop! You have to mix it in the blender otherwise it does get gross! You then pour a little in the pan, let it sit until one side is crisp and crunchy, turn it over. Really! I loved it with sf jam on top with drizzle of sf syrup!

Ofcourse you can use ww flour, etc and it will become more like regular pancakes, but these are more bb friendly.

Bon Apetit, Yummy Eat! (stolen from my preschooler )

Lina, I am trying these tomorrow.. but I don't like cottage Cheese?? What should I put in them instead? HMMM?????
any suggestions?

Go to the pancake challenge and try and rate those as well...

Posted by: Princess

Okay TP I will!

When you blend them in a blender, it will not be curdy, it will be smaller minuscule pieces...buy the small curd ones too to start off with. You won't taste the cottage cheese after you put sf jam, sf syrup on top. Let me know how it taste!
