gear just came in

I just recieved my gear yesterday Dbol 5mg tabs, winstrol 10mg tabs British Dragon, Test Suspenzia 1ml/50mg bottles Agovirin Depot but my friend said they are 250mg bottles, he has cycled before several times. He told me to take Dbol 5 tabs a day, Winstrol 5 tabs a day and Test 3x a week MWF now my test is a water based I will try to get Test E on my next cycle. The question I have is that when I order the Test it was 50mg bottles and when the bottles came in it has on it 25mg v1ml but my friend said it is 250mg because it the same stuff and same place were he gets his from. I'm just worried about the conflicting data is this common? Stat weight 284, 6'2", 21% bf lost 4lbs last week will try to lose 3 to 4 lbs this week, diet eat 6 egg whites a day 2 protien shakes and lean meats turkey and rib eye steak etc. fruit like apples and Cantaloupe some red grapes, salads, bowl of Oat meal for breakfast

Age? Years of continuous training?

You're pretty chunky at 21 percent - but 284 at six foot two?? Your kidding, right. Your closer to 25 percent bf. You started out at what bf percent last year or early this year when you began to diet..?? And you've been working out since when?

This is your first sorta planned cycled, and you haven't read diddly on AAS, have you? You were just going to wing it, after asking here..

I've been doing a lot of reading, last year i was 26% bf. Been working out since dec 2004 but took a 3 month break this year due to work, and no i wasnt going to wing it, but just getting more info from people who i think has a lot more knowledge then people i know that have cycled in the past. I'm 38

It has no more than 50 mg/ml. You can count on the injections sites being very painful. You friend gave you horrible advise by counseling you to do your first cycle with suspension. You will regret doing this cycle.

Decent weight; former chunky type (40% BF within two years --> blood sugar control is insufficient to meet AAS clean mass gains goals. 18-20% bodyfat is still too high to consider using gear- your liver lipid values may well be elevated, a bad starting point for steroid impact on cholesterol biosynthesis and lipid vitamin and bile acid metabolism. Plus, nitrogen cycle enzymes will need to steady down for a couple of years after significant fat loss. If you use now, before insulin and fatty acid excess in recent years, the backlash from a hypercaloric anabolic diet during gear use will cause rapid fat gains and loss of insulin sensitivity --> reduced lean mass gains and rapid loss of lean mass post cycle.

Plus, your natural test production will plummet like a fat rock in thin water; excess dietary fats and insulin induced release of stored fatty acids will bind to thyroid and steroid biosynthesis regulatory genes in liver, thyroid, and adnreal glands, causing a hypogonadal (low steroid production rate) status by your late 20s.

Insufficient training duration. You will be unable to sustain the mass gains made during your first cycle, if you use now, because lack enough natural androgen receptor use to respond optimally to anabolic steroids. You will "catch up" to where you will be in two or three years time, under natural conditions. and you won't progress much further than that "jump" after your first one or two cycles, because the rebound effects begin to erode glucose tolerance and fatty acid balance in liver and muscle. That will restrain future growth. Thus, you short change yourself.

Continue to train, work on steady diet goals, come back after you are 26. By then, your BF should have dropped down to 10-12%, your glucose tolerance will be rock steady and your liver lipid values good. You will hold your gains better for the risks you assume when using anabolic steroids"

Your friends an idiot. 1st cycle and he has you taking 3-4 compounds. Should you have a reaction to one of them, by taking 3 or more how will you know which one caused the problem. He's not a friend, but your nightmare. What did he tell you to use for PCT. Do you know what that is?

I doubt your source(s) will let you return your order for a refund. You have far too little time under training - less than a year and a-half, and you have been at a much higher BF level too recently to avoid a major down backlash in insulin sensitivity. Fat will return faster and remain longer than you want, while lean mass gains will be transient and poorly retained.

We are trying to save you much future grief. Listen to our advice, and wait a bit (at least 2 more years), then do a simple test cycle.

If you will read my posts here and elsewhere, I talk about the many potent nuclear receptor regulators of cholesterol and bile acid synthesis in the liver. When there is a high concentration of LDL and triglycerides, as is the case with excess bodyfat and poor insulin sensitivity (present or in the recent past), many important steroid pathways become de-tuned. Test and thyroid hormone levels drop.

The only way to remedy this situation is through careful diet, good sleep hygiene, stress modulation, a solid and consistant approach to training and cardiovascular condition. The last is essential - for many reasons. It counters fat accumulation, encouarges normal glucose tolerance, reduces the triglyceride and insulin surges that program furture fat cells to be resistant to fat loss and improve oxygen concentration in brain and muscle - so very important to stave off the effects of excess stress hormone.

At your age, excess stress hormone is beginning to exert profound effects on quality of life and health and mental wellness.

You stumbled in here looking for advice. These words, printed here, are worth to you, many thousand-fold more than the pittance you spent on your misunderstood gear.

Put it away and concentrate on making up for lost time. Do so, and in a decade, as you move towards your 50s and mature adult years, you would thank me fevently. Why? You will be leaner, healthier, much more muscular, supple and smarter (quite literally, better brain function) than your peers.

And you will have much better test output than they. This is how you avoid andropause and the debilitating health problems it brings, just now becoming apparent through biomedical study reports.

What you listed is not really a cutting diet. It seems that you do not understand the diet part yet.
As for your friends advise. Stop listening to him.
do not run 3 different AAS for your first cycle and the Test suspension is somethign you just want to avoid. Your source will probably NOT give you a refund.

I like to thank all for a postive input this has been a great site to get info from with postive feed back. I haven't started my cycle and now with the input and the reading i've been doing I now have to think twice.

No, Heimer just posts sporadically, TOM. If you check his posts (which I did, out of curiosity), you'll find them to be sound advice, well spoken. Too bad he doesn't post here more often..
