on a cut...

1 cup frozen strawberries and 1 banana with a dab splenda all blended up into a delicious fruity smooth goodness...

So on a general cut is this ok to have? at night? in the morning?....

Not good on a cut. I would limit the fruit, esp frozen fruit.

Once in blue moon would be ok. But you need to complete it with some protein and some EFA's to make it a complet meal.

Why no frozen fruits Foreman?

Obviously not as a meal.....

but why no fruits? Many people say eat lots of fruits and veggies for antioxidents...?

Many have added sugar

Many do have added sugar. However, if you can find whole frozen fruit (Costco sells a big bag of plain, whole frozen strawberries)than that is fine and it works great in a smoothy. As foreman said though, many do have added sugar so you have to read the ingredients. If it says anything more than the actual fruit itself, don't bother with it.

I agree with Iain too, you need protein and EFA's to go with it, otherwise on a cut, that's not a good choice and it contains too much fruit in one sitting.

i always put frozen fruit in my shakes. it is easy to find ones without added sugar.

Yes...this would go with meal 5.....

So if it's with a meal...(chicken, rice, broccoli) then it's ok even at night?
