the other day my football team was in the weightroom and my coach came up to me and was telling me it was time i put on some muscle bc i have a huge frame and i have a lot of potential. Iv been lifting for a year and had put on a bunch of muscle but he says i still need much more. I switch up my rutine about every 6 weeks. I usally do some type of upper/lower split or push pull legs. monday -chest triceps shoulders tuesday-legs abs thursday-back biceps -then repeat on sat.
I guess eating is what im missing out on? Bc i know i have the lifting part down but im not gianing that much anymore. So what should i do to pack on some lbs. Eat 3,000-35000 cals a day? currently i eat 6 times a day and i drink a lottttttt of water. im 6'2 184 lbs
