I know, better to have a variety in your diet . But Idon't want to be a body builder, I just want my arms and chest to be a bit bigger, so I don't need a very "good" diet. I just want a couple different mixtures of various foods/nutrients that will make a quick/easy meal to supply my body with food.

I take vitamins and drink plenty of water, so those aren't issues. I was thinking something along the lines of: a tbsp or so of udo's oil, a complex carb like oats, some protein powder, all mixed into milk.

You don't need a good diet? You can't expect to but on size in your arms and chest without a good diet. Do you even train your legs?

Guys I know this guy in real life. You got him all wrong. He isn't the typical idiot who only wants to train "chest and guns", he just wants to put on some bodyweight.

He has cystic fibrosis so it is really hard to get all the cals in day by day, and he doesn't have time to prepare meals all the time, so he just wants to know if a diet of oats/whey/3-6-9 oil + milk would be feasible.
