I eat clean/healthy and lots of it. My dad and other examples eat junk but little of it! Your thoughts/opinions on calorie intake resulting to body change. ![]() |

If your body is in starvation mode will you just plateau at whatever weight/body shape is at that point? Because it sounds like he doesn't eat very much at all.

There is no 'opinion' on this. If you eat more than your maintenance you will put on weight; if you eat your maintenance you will stay the same; if you eat less than your maintenance you will lose weight.

Come on you guys. Yes if your in a calorie defiet you will lose weight. But what kind if weight are you losing. If you are eating niothing but sweets you are probably losing as much mucscle as fat.. Now if you are eating clean with high proteins, your going to burn more fat then muscle.
If your intake is higher then maintence, your going to put on weight. But again if it's all sweets, your going to put on nothing but fat. Change that diet and make it clean with higher then normal proteins, you'll add muscle also. |
