im 168 lbs / 5'10 or 5'11/ 17 and i can only bench press on incline the bar (45 lbs) and 2x 35's for a total of ( 115 lbs incline bench press ) yes i know that is weak i can do it about 5-8x. i really need to build my chest its the weakest thing on me. i can curl 35's without no prob, do 150lbs using the rope to work abs, over 110 lbs on the crunch machine, lift 300lbs+ on legs, just my chest is WEAK!

If you have a lagging movement, put that movement first on the day youre supposed to be doing it. Concentrate on perfect form rather than weight lifted. If you have to sacrifice form for another plate, the plate needs to come off and you need to bitchslap your ego back down.
