I played soccer and ran track in high school, so I’m a pretty active person. I currently go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1-1 1/2 hours each time. I do the upright and reclining bikes and use the medicine ball. At home, I lift very light hand weights (10 pounds). I also run 3 miles twice a week. I’m in good shape, but my upper body is not very strong. The last time I tried the bench press was when I was a freshman in high school. I did 8 reps of 100 pounds (which isn’t very good). I weighed about 120-125 pounds back then.
This is pretty much my current diet:
-Egg beater
-wheat bread
-white meat chicken breast
-yogurt (I take lactate)
-cliff bars
-other protein bars (NuGo)
-apple sauce
-sliced turkey/chicken
-tuna
-rice
-pasta
-water and gatorade
-peanut butter
I am lactose intolerant.
I usually don’t eat until around 12 because I have class in the morning, so I eat 2 meals a day with a lot of snacks in between.
I’d like to build up some lean muscle and get up to around 165 pounds. I know I should be doing less cardio, but I love to run and play sports that involve running.

Read the stickies here regarding a training program. Doing lots of cardio and lifting 10 pound weights isn't going to help you add size.
In terms of diet, you need to eat a Hell of a lot more. Goto the diet & nutrition section and read the stickies there too.
