Full-body routine question

I recently started a full-body routine using I believe it was CowPimp's page on designing a full-body routine.

It says that it should be done 2-3 times a week, or possibly every other day if your body was accustomed to a high volume of exercise. I've been working out 4 times a week for the last year or so, at pretty high intensity, so I think I could handle the every other day pace. However, I'm trying to go on a bulk (very, very lean) and I hear that while bulking it's very important to get plenty of rest and recovery time. Should that factor into my decision of how often to do this routine? Should I only do it 3 times a week?

Sounds like over training to me!!!!

You need recovery!!!

To gain mass and strength, it needs to be a pretty intense workout, which should be followed by adequate recovery.

How many exercises per body part are you doing?

How many reps and sets per BP?

3x's a week.

When is the last time you took a week off from training?
I would not train full body more than 3 times a week unless it was for something specific like Olympic lifting.

Looks like 3x's a week is the way to go. Thanks for the advice.
