Does everyone get it, is it normal?
Can it be eased?
I kindda like it because then i know i have worked hard enough.
However, after a leg day, i walk like a complete dork for up to a week

If you train the group more often it will be sore less, twice a week perhaps. I also find taking a fair amount of vit C helps with recovery. Hot hot showers after training, soak for a good 25 min.
