Give it time and be consistant. Your routine and diet certainly matter so read up on that here, but no matter how good those are, YOU MUST BE CONSISTANT! A lot of newbies and people who "aren't seeing the results" just are not consistant. Consistancy is THE single greatest factor is your bodybuilding success! Even more so than GREAT genetics. Consistancy is also key to every other aspect of your life!

I just wanted to encourage you and tell you not to give up. I've quit more times than I can count. Not because I don't get results, but for other reasons. Looking back, more than anything, I was I had been consistant...

I would own all.
