would it be ok to eat it while cutting? turkey sub w/ hott cheese on it.

Why is someone with 4,000 posts asking a silly question like this? You don't really want a turkey sub. You want to eat a whole 25 lb. piece of meat smothered in Velveeta right now, don't you?

F**k it turkey sub aint that bad - the meat is pretty lean the salad is fresh and if u have no cheese, wholemeal bread and no naughty sauces get it down u - u can't be eating bloody chicken breasts and steamed veg all the time!!!!
Bring on the footlong! |

If you are serious about your cut, then why waste a cheat on a shit meal like turkey sub from subway
![]() And I wouldn't be worried about what other people thought of what I was eating if I was doing a proper cut for a show. |

what about shish kebabs from your local take-away, doesn't seem to bad. Chunks of chicken, pitta bread and salad.....

My job forces me to travel a lot. I pack most of my food, but eat out every now and then. Considering the options, Subway is certainly not a terrible choice. A 6" turkey (double meat) sub on wheat, loaded with vegetables, no mayo, no cheese, no oil is definitely not a cheat meal. I have been eating these things for 2 1/2 years and have maintained a bf% below 8%. It's packed with protein and low in fat. I usually ditch a little of the bread.
Keep your cheat's to no more than one day a week and you'll be fine. I've been taking a cheat day (Sundays) since I've been working out, and I've never been healthier. ![]() |

That is entirely dependent apon your genetics. Some people could eat the samething and not be able to maintain below 20%.
Also, the double turkey contains about 2 grams of sodium--add the bread and you got 2.5. It's crap processed meat with no nutrition. The BA of it is probably like 10%. |
