I know this may be a weird question, but since I began eating 7-8 meals a day, it's been alot more effort keeping my teeth clean and healthy. I understand why, but does anyone else experience or think this, or is it just me?

Sometime's they can become irritant after eating alot of food (even though 75% of it is clean & healthy.)
I just make sure I use a good brand of toothpaste and consistent brushing them. (morning and night.)

Bulking heavy sure is a lot better for your teeth than candybars, cakes and lollipops!

75%... that isn't nearly clean and healthy enough

Invest in some xylitol gum, eclipse, or order some online (I ordered some at one point from a place called epic gum) and chew that after meals when you can't brush. Some foods (celery especially) are naturally good for cleaning your teeth so if you finish your meal off with a stick or two of celery that can help too. They also make handy little one use brushes with a pre-dab of toothpaste on them, some people might like those and they are individually wrapped so you can throw a pile in your car/purse/whatever.
