they then attempted a field goal which was blocked and returned for a touchdown. at half time tommy bowden said he was done with kicking (they got 2 blocked last week also) and that he was not allowing his field goal until onto the field the rest of the game! that is why they had to get a td at the end of the game and he couldn't send them out to kick. he wasn't confident that they would make it for the win! |
