Can a mod fix those numbers in the title, they need to be switched

Posted by: boilermaker

Michigan's getting 6. That seems like a lot to me. I might have to make a phone call on that one.

They will be switched when the new polls come out on Tuesday.

Haha good answer.

Posted by: TJ Cline

Notre Dame sucks ass, Michigan will own them like the 2100+ Economy will own Kenwood.

Posted by: goandykid

You're lucky he can't read...

Posted by: boilermaker

Fletcher should be here as soon as he finds out Fatale isn't in his future.

Posted by: Double D

Michigan for the win. Notre Dame is overated.

It's a mathmatical certainty that you are wrong on at least one of those.

What's up, Fletch! Almost game time. Should be a good one.

ND isnt in the Big Ten and the Big Ten doenst have a championship game. With that being said I want ND to win because if their gonna hand out an ass whooping to penn state they better do to those mich bastards too

Posted by: boilermaker

Where is Touchdown Jesus when you need the man?
I guess God loves other folks, too.

Posted by: goandykid

Great game, Manningham looked amazing.

And whoever number 5 is on ND is a crybaby.

And I know ND isnt in the Big Ten, I'm not quite sure what I was thinking. If you check the health section you'll see I've been on a percacet high the past 36 hours, thats my excuse.

Posted by: goandykid

Any guesses on Michigan or ND's new rank? I hope FSU and Florida lose tonight too.

Posted by: P-funk

Looks like it might be

Ohio State Univ. #1
Michigan #2

after this weekend!

That would be an awesome rivalry to play for a national championship. Unforunatly they meet each other in the last week of the season, so one of those teams wont be in the chamoionship game.

I'd guess Michigan 6, ND 11 unless some corney things happen tonight.

If you have any leftover Percocet, I'll send you my PM. There is no better prescription high than that stuff

It would really depend upon whether or not any other power conference teams run the table. It isn't impossible to have a UM/OSU double header. How freakin' great would that be?

Posted by: bigss75

Auburn I think is gonna be number one, Ohio St looked bad the first half of their game

Based on what? Auburn's 7-3 ass whoopin of LSU?

I'll take any wager at any odds you post that Auburn will not be number 1 come Tuesday.

Posted by: P-funk

Yea, there is no way auburn is going to be #2!!

I say Michigan.....they beat the #2 team (ND) and they are 3-0 right now.

It just doesn't work that way, P.

Posted by: GForeman

Michigen is #1 every year

Ohio State is #1 in gheyness

Posted by: boilermaker

I will say this. The only thing better than seeing ND lose is seeing them lose on NBC. Those golden dome ridin' money suckin' biast ass holes that call that game look so fucking stupid when Notre Dame gets down that it's riddiculous. Down 34-14 they are actually still thinking ND has a chance to win and promoting it to everyone that will listen. Sellout Suckers! Bet they wish they could just call the game like normal announcers.

Man, there are some awesome games on right now!

There is some hot Bowden on Bowden action going on.

Florida and Tenn. just got really interesting when Tenn. hit a 51yrd field goal to tie it up in the 4th!

USC v. Nebraska is shaping up like it might get tight here in the 4th too.

I was a little concerned with all the hugging and gatorade dumping before Clemson even kicked off with some time on the clock
Guess it worked out for them.

Their 1st extra point was blocked and returned for a safety.

they then attempted a field goal which was blocked and returned for a touchdown.

at half time tommy bowden said he was done with kicking (they got 2 blocked last week also) and that he was not allowing his field goal until onto the field the rest of the game! that is why they had to get a td at the end of the game and he couldn't send them out to kick. he wasn't confident that they would make it for the win!

No kidding!! The special teams coach is probably giving high fives in the locker room even though he can taste his sphincter

Wait, that's not funny, the man probably has a wife and kids

DUDE....the best part about it is that the special teams coach for clemson is......HEAD COACH TOMMY BOWDEN!!!

He said in his interview...."obviously I failed somewhere. I tried to fix it on the sideline. It isn't working. We are done kicking tonight. I'll wait until monday."

Posted by: goandykid

Fuck Florida, I was really hoping Tenn would pull that one out.

who won USC?

Oh, my That's a classic. I guess the only question is if he will call the old man this week to find out what is going wrong. Tough call, but I'd do it

I always find this somewhat hysterical.

ND Fans: Goodbeye national championship

Brady Quinn: Goodbye Heisman

Fletcher: Goodbeye

Yea lots of heisman candidates got screwed today. Brady Quinn, Chris Leak, both essentially eliminated themselves

Ohio played a poor cin team compared to an 6 ranked LSU. Plus we all know that ohio state is gonna lose to Penn State next week anyways

I'm still here. I wil eat crow. ND looked like a fucking double A team today. All I know is we will absolutely kill Purdue and I feel bad for Michigan State next weekend.

Posted by: IainDaniel

Did anyone see the USC guy bust up his leg. Pretty nasty.

Yea, last I heard, he dislocated his ankle. From the replay I had guessed it might have been an ACL. The slapped the soft cast on and carted him out just in case though.

They won 37-7. Isn't that enough?

I think Purdue could be in a whole lot of trouble. They can score, but there secondary is horrible. Quinn willl probably throw for 500 yards in that game.

yea, it doesn't matter how slow you start. The destroyed Cincinatti by the end of the game. They just ate them up.

Come monday, OSU will still retain their #1 status.

Posted by: goandykid

Whatr the big games next week?

Still number one, auburn 2, usc 3, wvu 4, uf 5, mich 6, texas 7, louisville 8, georgia 9, lsu 10

Posted by: P-funk

I think USC will be 2.

Posted by: goandykid

florida is overrated

Posted by: goandykid

as is wvu

WVU is overrated but will be in the national championship game, Big East too easy without Brohm or Bush playing for Louisville.

Anyone see the line on the Va Tech game -35.5, and they won 36-0.

Posted by: goandykid

Yeah they only have one tough game ( Louisville) but I think they'll lose that game. Plus, with some of the heavyweight games yet to come (ie Michigan vs Ohio State) , I would be surprised to not see them leapfrogged by Florida, Michigan, or a few other contenders.

Brohm is expected to be out 3-6 weeks. The game is 6 weeks away in Louisville. If he can come back a game before and get his timing, it would be a good one. I don't know if they can keep up with WVU without him.

Remaining big games for top six:
OSU (@Michigan State, Michigan)
Auburn (Florida, Georgia, @ Alabama)
USC (Arizona State, Oregon, @UCLA)
WVU (@Louisville, @Pitt, Rutgers)
Florida (LSU, @Auburn, Georgia {all in a row}, And finish @ FSU)
Michigan (@Penn State, @ Ohio State)

We all know anything can happen in any game in NCAA, but I would think WVU remaining schedule looks the best.
