I think you might be a bit late in the season for any qualifiers now.

im on west new york new jersey but i mean how do i know if any contest is on age weight i mena i dont look like 300 lb monster but i want to compete in any teen competention im 18

It lists all the natural comps. I got it with my BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation) membership.
You could also google for the WNBF, or world natural bodybuilding federation, and there is one other international natural federation
