that is pretty low on the carb end. Why only fruit as your carb? Why not more diverse sources, brown rice, beans, I like whole wheat pasta, whole grain couscous with milled flax seeds I like a lot too, oatmeal, whole grain breads, cerals like uncle sam, ezikial, etc...

Eating 4/5 meals a day consisting of:
Lean protein/lettuce or green veggies/ fruit Ie chicken breast/ lettuce/banana steak/broccoli/apple Just wondering if you really needed to eat rice/yams/ etc Any ideas? |
