1- Vertical Push/PullAnd I throw in either biceps/triceps with each leg day. Usually hamstrings I do triceps and then quads I do biceps, respectively.
2- Hamstring Dominant Legs
3- Horizontal Push/Pull
4- Quad Dominant Legs
