Natural PB?

What IS the difference between Natural and Regular, lol. I compared labels and didnt see much difference. The other day my girlfriend brought this to my attention and said, "What is the difference?" As I prepared myself for an intelligent response, I realized I really had no fckin idea.

So, any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.

Regular Peanut butter has sugar and partionally hydrogenated oils.

NAtty PB is just peanuts and maybe some salt.

The labels show around the same amount of sugars.. Because that was my first thought about why Natty is better, but then I looked at the label and was like, ".........."

Always read the ingredients... that is what matters.

Plus partionally hydrognated oils are shit.

The best Natural PB I've found is the Sumcker's one. I tried the salt free one and it's ok. I tried the Skippy, but I'm not sure if it's really natural...

Better tasting than that one, (just a tad less salty but makes all the difference) is the crunchy natural peanut butter from Arrowhead Mills.
