Hey, just posting a broad topic but i just dont know the answer. I have been at college for about 4 weeks and aleady noticed a slight change in my body structure. I do cardio about 4 times a week running about 4 miles each night. I usually try to stick to the healtier meals like a grilled chicken, salad bar with a lettuce salad with no dressing, and for desert maybe some low fat tapicoa pudding. I know this isnt very detailed but any suggestions to fill my body up with better foods then i am know. I also have a microwave and fridge in my room if thats helps any. Thanks a bunch.

My cafeteria is exceptional for decent eating. Exceptional only by comparison to other college cafeterias. My fridge is filled with whatever I see fit to have. Tons of cottege cheese, natural peanut butter, EVO, skim milk, mayo. Also got some pouched tuna stored up, along with cans of kidney beans, whey and various seasonings. Protein bars can come in handy in between classes.
Just some stuff I do. I'm just trying to get enough cals(eating clean) to not lose weight. A bit tough.
