I'm currently bulking right now, but over the last few days I just have not had much of an appetite, and I'm worried I may be unintentionally slowing my metabolism down.
First, some stats about me:
18 year old male
6' 1"
150 lbs
Trying to add as much mass as possible, but avoid the bulking gut.

According to those online BMR calculators, my maintanence is around 2450, but over the last few days I've only been eating about 1900-2000; I've just been feeling stuffed. Is there the possibility I could be unfortunately unintentionally slowing my metabolism down?

You are worrying too much. A few days will do next to nothing to your metabolism.

What is your training like.

Are you showing having any other problems?

Possibly overtraining?
